For multi-day charters and day charters, a standard 30% APA is collected. The 30% APA covers expenses during your charter including fuel, docking fees and food and beverage. If there is any money left over in the APA after your charter, you can choose to apply these funds towards a crew gratuity or YachtLife can return the funds back to you.
Per USCG regulations, maximum 12 passengers. NO exceptions!
Half day charter is 4 hours; Full day charter is 8 hours
100% drug free/smoke free boat; however some boats allow cigarette smoking on the aft deck.
All boats come with captain and insurance is included.
Fuel is NOT included. We will obtain a advanced provisioning allowance for fuel before charter.
We love animals and would feel terrible if they get seasick, so as a general rule no pets allowed.
All vessels come with life jackets, emergency and first aide kits. If you have known allergies or medical requirements, please bring spare medication in the event of an emergency.
Photo ID and credit card required at pickup. If you are foreign you must travel with your passport.
Pick up time is up to you, your day begins at the time stated in the signed Charter Agreement.

A hidden gem amongst our entire Miami fleet is the best way to describe the 80' Sunseeker Manhattan. She comfortably accommodates up to eight guests overnight with four lavish cabins and four ensuite heads. On her main level, her saloon features a full dining table with plenty of seating and two leather sofas for relaxing, while you can enjoy dining alfresco on her aft deck with a Miami sunset view. This 80' Sunseeker has plenty of relaxing accommodations, however, she an entertainer at heart with a six-person jacuzzi and a full wet bar on her massive flybridge. And not to forget her spacious sunbed on the bow and SeaDoo Spark jet ski ready at a moments notice. Washington, DC, the capital of the United States, was founded after the American Revolution as the homeplace for the newly established government and named after one of the Founding Fathers and first president of the US, George Washington. Washington is also home to iconic museums and performing venues such as the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Washington DC may be considered one of the most scenic cities in the nation and many of the best views of the city are seen as you cruise the Potomac River. Make your way around the Little Island and begin sailing down the river, under the Arlington Memorial Bridge, and past the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument. These are two of the most iconic national landmarks in the nation's capital and the view from the river is arguably one of the best in the city.

Continuing your cruise making your way to the Capital Yacht Club, you will pass by other landmarks such as The White House, The Pentagon, and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. As you dock at the Yacht Club, disembark and spend the evening at this private club sipping champagne and admiring the stunning view of the White House as the day fades and her lights shine brighter.
