• For multi-day charters, a standard 30% APA is collected. The 30% APA covers expenses during your charter including fuel, docking fees and food and beverage. If there is any money left over in the APA after your charter, you can choose to apply these funds towards a crew gratuity or YachtLife can return the funds back to you.
• Please check maximum capacity for boat before booking since capacity constraints are strictly enforced by local coast guard. 
• Please remember that a recommended gratuity of 15% is normal but not mandatory for a job well done. Gratuity is also handled separately after your charter by cash. 
• Complimentary towels and water.
• 100% drug free/smoke free boat; however some boats allow cigarette smoking on the aft deck.
• All boats come with captain and insurance is included.
• We love animals and would feel terrible if they get seasick, so as a general rule no pets allowed.
• All vessels come with life jackets, emergency and first aide kits. If you have known allergies or medical requirements, please bring spare medication in the event of an emergency.
• Photo ID and credit card required at pickup. If you are foreign you must travel with your passport.
• Pick up time is up to you, your day begins at the time stated in the signed Charter Agreement.
• You must be 21 years or older to book.

The exterior space aboard luxury charter power catamaran Skylark is exquisite and beckons for lounging around on the aft deck and flybridge. The former, with a massive teak floor and table, is excellent for alfresco meals as well as relaxing in the shade on a plush aquamarine settee with additional cushions. A few steps up and guests will reach the enormous flybridge sporting a large Jacuzzi for refreshing dips, a fully equipped wet bar, table with a settee and the exterior helm station. Whether guests wish to play in the sun, spend moments of sheer relaxation or host lively cocktail parties when docked, luxury catamaran Skylark has it all!

Washington, DC, the capital of the United States, was founded after the American Revolution as the homeplace for the newly established government and named after one of the Founding Fathers and first president of the US, George Washington. Washington is also home to iconic museums and performing venues such as the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Washington DC may be considered one of the most scenic cities in the nation and many of the best views of the city are seen as you cruise the Potomac River. Make your way around the Little Island and begin sailing down the river, under the Arlington Memorial Bridge, and past the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument. These are two of the most iconic national landmarks in the nation's capital and the view from the river is arguably one of the best in the city.

Continuing your cruise making your way to the Capital Yacht Club, you will pass by other landmarks such as The White House, The Pentagon, and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. As you dock at the Yacht Club, disembark and spend the evening at this private club sipping champagne and admiring the stunning view of the White House as the day fades and her lights shine brighter.
