Washington, DC, the capital of the United States, was founded after the American Revolution as the homeplace for the newly established government and named after one of the Founding Fathers and first president of the US, George Washington. These are two of the most iconic national landmarks in the nation's capital and the view from the river is arguably one of the best in the city.

Continuing your cruise making your way to the Capital Yacht Club, you will pass by other landmarks such as The White House, The Pentagon, and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. As you dock at the Yacht Club, disembark and spend the evening at this private club sipping champagne and admiring the stunning view of the White House as the day fades and her lights shine brighter.
