• Per regulations, maximum 12 passengers. NO exceptions!
• Full-day charter is 8 hours.
• All boats come with captain and insurance is included.
• Pick-up time is up to you and the charter begins at the time stated in the signed Charter Agreement.
• Fuel is charged extra.
• 100% drug free/smoke free boat; some boats may allow cigarette smoking in designated areas at the captain's discretion.
• We love animals and would feel terrible if they get seasick, so as a general rule, no pets allowed.
• You must be 21 years or older to book.
• Photo ID and credit card required at pickup. If you are foreign you must travel with your passport.
• For multi-day charters, a standard 30% APA is collected to cover expenses during your charter including fuel, docking fees, food & beverage. 
• No gratuity is collected for day or term (overnight) charters and must be paid at the end of charter in cash or on the credit card on file. Industry Standard is 15-20%.  
• APA funds: if there is any money left over after your charter, you can apply remaining funds towards crew gratuity or funds can be returned to you.

The Pershing 62 “OPTIMUM” is a very popular day and week charter yacht for families with kids and among groups of friends, thanks to its sporty but elegant design, its comfortable layout and eager crew. This in 2006 built Italian sports cruiser has had an exhaustive refit done in 2020 and offers plenty of space on board thanks to its open floor plan. The spacious salon with helm station connects to the cockpit with large sun pad that can be converted into a dining area with extractable table and sofa. The Pershing 62 motor yacht is equipped with lots of water toys! She comes with inflatable Nauti buoy C-Dock bathing platform, Williams Jet Tender, Wakeboard, 3-seater-donut, two Sea bobs, two Jobe Infinity Sea scooter, Stand-Up Paddle Board and Snorkeling gear. "OPTIMUM” sleeps 6 guests in 2 double cabins and one twin cabin and can host up to 12 day charter guests.

These are two of the most iconic national landmarks in the nation's capital and the view from the river is arguably one of the best in the city.

Continuing your cruise making your way to the Capital Yacht Club, you will pass by other landmarks such as The White House, The Pentagon, and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. As you dock at the Yacht Club, disembark and spend the evening at this private club sipping champagne and admiring the stunning view of the White House as the day fades and her lights shine brighter.
