• Per coastal regulations, maximum 10 passengers. 
• Full day charter is 8 hours, Half is 4 hours
• 100% drug free/smoke free boat; however some boats allow cigarette smoking on the aft deck.
• All boats come with captain included.
• For day charters fuel is included for idle/trolling speed around local areas. For high speed cruising fuel is charged extra.
 • For multi-day charters, a standard 30% APA is collected. The 30% APA covers expenses during your charter including fuel, docking fees and food and beverage. If there is any money left over in the APA after your charter, you can choose to apply these funds towards a crew gratuity or YachtLife can return the funds back to you.
• We love animals and would feel terrible if they get seasick, so as a general rule no pets allowed.
• All vessels come with life jackets, emergency and first aide kits. If you have known allergies or medical requirements, please bring spare medication in the event of an emergency.
• Photo ID and credit card required at pickup. If you are foreign you must travel with your passport.
• Your day begins at the time stated in the signed Charter Agreement.
• You must be 21 years or older to book.

Feel like you're powering a rocket across the water with the Sunseeker 53 yacht. The streamlined forward section complements the heavy-duty engines in order to reach that high of a speed.  You have windows all around you while giving yourself some protection from the elements with the white overhang. It's easy to keep your guests busy on board due to the many standard entertainment features. A sunbathing area lies along the aft side, but you can also lay out on the forward pad.

As you continue sailing, you will cruise by the beautiful Georgetown University with a Gothic and Georgian brick architecture campus; the view from the river is simply picture perfect.

Washington DC may be considered one of the most scenic cities in the nation and many of the best views of the city are seen as you cruise the Potomac River. Make your way around the Little Island and begin sailing down the river, under the Arlington Memorial Bridge, and past the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument. These are two of the most iconic national landmarks in the nation's capital and the view from the river is arguably one of the best in the city.

Continuing your cruise making your way to the Capital Yacht Club, you will pass by other landmarks such as The White House, The Pentagon, and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. As you dock at the Yacht Club, disembark and spend the evening at this private club sipping champagne and admiring the stunning view of the White House as the day fades and her lights shine brighter.
